Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot drinks such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes and more
• Make sure all beverages are made to order and meet customer needs
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness of work area at all times
• Maintain professional relationships with customers as well as colleagues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills required
• A friendly attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
