Barista job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of coffee preparation, as well as excellent customer service skills and an ability to work well under pressure.

Duties include greeting customers, taking orders and payment, preparing beverages according to specific instructions, cleaning the bar area, managing stock replenishment and providing general assistance in the cafe. The Barista will also be responsible for keeping up with current industry trends in coffee making and drink presentation. A good knowledge of specialty coffees (latte art) is highly desirable.

The successful candidate must have a friendly and professional demeanor and be able to work independently or as part of a team, as required. They should be able to multi-task effectively and communicate positively with customers and colleagues alike. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200KWD per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
