Job Title: Barista

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1000 KWD per month

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have a commitment to quality and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, etc.
* Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly manner.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness of the shop at all times.
* Stock coffee beans and other supplies as needed.
* Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification from a professional barista program is preferred.
* Previous experience working as a barista is preferred.
* Possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time while performing duties efficiently without sacrificing quality or safety standards.
* Have an outgoing personality with an aptitude for salesmanship; must be able to generate enthusiasm among customers about the products served.
