Barista Job in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the quality of our products.

This position requires excellent multitasking skills, as well as strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should also have a passion for coffee and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
• Follow all health and safety regulations when preparing food
• Receive payment from customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the café
• Ensure quality control of all products before serving them to customers
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies
• Train new staff members on how to make drinks correctly
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and standards
• Ability to work quickly while producing high-quality drinks
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1600 $ per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
