Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato etc.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality of beverages
• Set up and maintain all coffee equipment
• Receive food and beverage orders, process payments and provide change as needed
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner while taking orders or making recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area at all times
• Stock inventory supplies and other necessary materials
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a barista (at least 1 year)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (e.g. latte art) is preferred but not required
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must have valid work permit if applicable

Salary: 1000 KD/month
