We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key role in the management and development of the kitchen team while delivering modern, innovative cuisine that meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu planning and design, budgeting, staff training and development, food safety and sanitation protocols, restaurant inventory management and compliance with applicable health codes. The Executive Chef must be able to demonstrate a passion for cooking with strong technical skills as well as excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers, vendors and staff.

The ideal candidate should have:
• 5+ years of experience in the culinary industry;
• Demonstrated experience with creating innovative menus;
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols;
• Proven track record of successfully managing large teams;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
