Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1200 QAR/Month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and leading the kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and creating new dishes, as well as a commitment to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including menu development, food preparation and presentation, inventory control and recipe development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement cost-effective methods that reduce waste and conserve resources.
• Train kitchen staff on proper sanitation techniques and safety procedures.
• Create innovative recipes that are visually appealing and flavorfully balanced.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Executive Chef or similar position in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school
• Knowledge of nutrition and cooking techniques
• Working knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent leadership skills
