Job Duties:
• Operating a variety of industrial machines, including CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, presses and other automated equipment
• Setting up machines as required by production plans or customer specifications
• Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and making necessary repairs or adjustments
• Performing quality checks on parts produced by the machines according to company quality standards
• Monitoring the machines’ performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in operating industrial machinery (CNC experience a plus)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, engineering drawings and other technical documents
• Good manual dexterity
