We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, and excavators to move dirt, gravel and other materials. This role requires an eye for detail and a commitment to safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with minimal work experience who is eager to learn and develop their skills. The salary is 1400 KWD per month.

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment like bulldozers, backhoes, excavators and other machinery
- Move dirt, gravel, asphalt and other materials
- Work with safety in mind at all times
- Follow instructions from supervisors or foremen
- Ensure machines are maintained properly
- Monitor machines during operations to ensure they are functioning properly
- Make necessary adjustments or repairs when needed

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints or maps accurately
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong problem solving skills
