Job Description:
We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial machinery, ensuring the machines are working correctly and efficiently. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot issues, read instruction manuals, and be comfortable working with complex machinery. The successful candidate must have excellent physical stamina and be capable of standing for long periods of time while operating equipment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, or a related field. The successful candidate should also possess strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. In addition, the ideal candidate must possess good communication skills and be able to work both independently and in teams. Finally, we are willing to consider an immigrant for this role if they meet all other requirements.

Duties:
The Machine Operator's responsibilities include operating and monitoring industrial machinery, adhering to safety protocols at all times, inspecting finished products to ensure high quality standards are met, performing regular maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting issues when they arise, reading instruction manuals as needed to familiarize oneself with new machines or processes, ensuring materials are properly loaded into machines before operation begins, monitoring machine output throughout the process to ensure it meets quality standards, making adjustments as needed if any issues arise during production runs, reporting any malfunctions or issues with machinery immediately to supervisors/maintenance personnel for repair/replacement, following all safety procedures when handling hazardous chemicals or materials required for operation of certain machines; cleaning work areas at the end of each shift; completing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
