The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience operating machines. We expect them to be able to operate machinery safely, troubleshoot machinery issues, and inspect equipment regularly. In addition, they should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as they will be responsible for interacting with other team members and providing feedback on their progress.
