Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining mechanical systems used in production processes
• Conducting research to analyze how mechanical systems can be improved or modified to increase efficiency
• Troubleshooting issues with existing mechanical systems used in production processes
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards when designing new systems or modifying existing ones

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a mechanical engineer is preferred
• Knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Solidworks is preferred but not required
• Excellent problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other engineers on projects
