We are looking for an experienced, motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Supervisor in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization and ensure high levels of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to subordinates, creating work schedules, monitoring performance, training new employees, resolving employee issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, the Supervisor will be expected to manage inventories, prepare reports and coordinate production activities on a daily basis.

The successful applicant should possess 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively is essential along with an understanding of applicable laws and regulations. We are prepared to consider applications from immigrants who can meet the job requirements. The salary on offer is 1500 per month.
