We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing teams of up to 25 staff, as well as leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the department. This position demands a high level of organization, problem solving, and leadership ability.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff in all daily operations
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to staff members
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
• Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members
• Ensure that all procedures comply with company standards

Requirements:
• At least one year of supervisory experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams of up to 25 people
• Proven track record in problem solving and decision making
