We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a supervisory role and preferably have some knowledge of the local context.

The successful Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. They will be required to manage staff performance, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Additionally, they will be responsible for training and developing staff members, providing guidance and direction when needed, as well as determining staffing levels.

The successful Supervisor must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong organizational skills; proven problem-solving capabilities; and a positive attitude towards work. They must also possess a high level of initiative, self-motivation and the ability to think strategically. The ideal candidate should also have experience in budgeting and financial management, along with excellent negotiation skills.
