Al-Kuwait is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization in the area and contribute to its success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at Al-Kuwait, managing a team of employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Supervisor will ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently, while working with other departments within the organization to ensure quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills and be able to lead a team in a manner that encourages efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration. They must have strong customer service skills and be able to handle customer complaints in an efficient manner. A Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field is preferred but not required. Experience as a supervisor or higher-level management role is also preferred. Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic, as well as have excellent written communication skills. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

This position offers a salary of 1300 KD per month plus benefits such as health insurance, vacation days, etc..
