We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a salary of 1600 and we are open to considering immigrants for the role.

They will be responsible for monitoring team performance, developing strategies to improve efficiency, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will manage payroll, enforce safety regulations, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively motivate a team. They should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address operational challenges. Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred but not required; however, prior experience in a related role is beneficial.
