Job Duties
• Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant
• Take orders from customers accurately
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Ensure all tables are clean and tidy at all times
• Offer suggestions on food items or special promotions
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed
• Answer questions about menu items or special promotions
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience
Qualifications
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work well under pressure
