Job Duties:
• Greet customers in a professional manner and identify their needs to provide accurate advice on products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
• Develop effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and maximize profit margins while maintaining company standards of quality control, pricing, and service levels.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other pertinent information necessary for effective management of accounts/customers.
