Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role requires strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work under pressure. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including handling calls, taking messages, drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing files and data inputting. They should be able to work autonomously and demonstrate excellent customer service skills when dealing with clients. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other language abilities are highly desirable.

We are willing to consider an immigrant with no experience for this position. The salary offered is 1500 AED per month. If you believe you have the necessary qualifications and experience please apply today!
