Office manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

The role involves overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, dealing with incoming phone calls and emails, coordinating staff schedules, organising meetings and conferences, and providing general support to other departments. The Office Manager will also be expected to provide technical assistance when needed.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills and have an eye for detail. They should be able to work well under pressure and be capable of handling multiple tasks at once. Good communication skills are essential, both written and verbal. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

In return we offer a competitive salary of 1300 per month plus benefits, depending on experience. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.
