Job Responsibilities:
β’ Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of all office processes.
β’ Coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events within the office.
β’ Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all are well maintained and functioning properly.
β’ Developing policies, procedures, and workflow processes for the office staffβs use.
β’ Answering incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence from clients or partners in a timely manner.
β’ Supervising staff members to ensure their tasks are completed on time and with minimal errors.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office setting as an Office Manager or similar role is required. β’ Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. β’ Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred but not required . β’ Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail .
