We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for great coffee and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, and other specialty drinks while maintaining quality standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner while taking orders and making recommendations.
• Follow all cash handling procedures while accurately completing sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of ingredients for all drink orders.
• Assist with stocking duties as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision is essential.
• Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure is necessary.
