We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The Supervisor will have excellent organizational and communication skills, an ability to lead and motivate staff, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

The Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training and evaluating staff, as well as developing policies and procedures to ensure effective operations. They will also determine workflow processes, set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and resolve any issues that arise. Additionally, they will keep records of all activities within their team in order to assess employee performance.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in leading a team. Knowledge of relevant computer applications is essential in order to effectively manage records and resources. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with the right qualifications.
