We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role and be responsible for managing a team of employees. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
- Develop effective working relationships with all staff
- Coordinate and monitor the work of employees to ensure that deadlines are met
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Create a positive and productive work environment
- Provide training and guidance to employees when needed
- Handle employee queries efficiently and professionally
