Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1200 AED

Demands for the Candidate:
β€’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a similar setting
β€’ Proven ability to manage a team and handle customer service inquiries
β€’ Proficient in English and Arabic; additional language is an advantage
β€’ Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
β€’ Flexible and able to multi-task under pressure

Responsibilities:
β€’ Supervise daily operations of the team, including scheduling, task delegation and quality assurance.
β€’ Ensure quality customer service standards are met.
β€’ Analyze customer feedback data to identify areas of improvement.
β€’ Ensure all staff are up to date with relevant regulations and policies.
β€’ Monitor staff performance regularly, providing guidance and support where necessary.
