Demands for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a similar setting
• Proven ability to manage a team and handle customer service inquiries

• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and able to multi-task under pressure

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the team, including scheduling, task delegation and quality assurance.
• Ensure quality customer service standards are met.
• Analyze customer feedback data to identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure all staff are up to date with relevant regulations and policies.
• Monitor staff performance regularly, providing guidance and support where necessary.
