Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of a team ensuring that targets are met. This position involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff performance, and providing feedback to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations is desirable
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
