Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working with cranes. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cranes in a safe and effective manner as well as carrying out any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience working with cranes
• Knowledge of crane operating procedures and safety regulations
• Good physical fitness and coordination skills
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English or Arabic
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and safely
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a crane while following all safety regulations
• Operate the crane within prescribed limits and according to all applicable laws and regulations
• Follow all instructions given by the supervisor/foreman
• Inspect the crane before each shift to ensure it is safe for use
• Perform routine maintenance/repairs on the crane when necessary

Other Qualifications:
• Possession of valid certification/licensing for operating a crane preferred but not required • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
