Salary: 1100 QAR/ month

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate trucks to transport goods and materials to the designated destinations
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean driving record
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance when necessary
• Load and unload cargo correctly while taking into account size, shape, weight, balance, and other factors
• Follow delivery instructions accurately while maintaining logs of working hours and of vehicle service records
• Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent; commercial license is preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving trucks or related experience in a similar role. Immigrants are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations as well as local roads
• Solid understanding of safety procedures for loading/unloading goods in vehicles
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with vehicles
