Office assistant vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and its staff, as well as helping with any other assigned tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in an office environment. The Office Assistant must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail. They should be comfortable working independently and taking initiative in order to carry out their duties effectively.
The Office Assistant's duties will include but not be limited to: answering phones, processing paperwork, scheduling meetings and appointments, ordering office supplies, filing documents, preparing reports, managing email correspondence, organizing events and meetings, managing databases, handling customer inquiries or complaints, coordinating travel arrangements and helping with any other tasks as assigned by the office manager or supervisors.
