Job Requirements and Duties
• Bachelor's degree in Optometry from an accredited university
• At least three years of experience as an optometrist
• Ability to use optometric instruments such as the phoropter, visual acuity tester, retinoscope, keratometer etc.
• Knowledgeable about contact lenses fitting techniques
• Knowledgeable about ocular diseases diagnosis and management
• Excellent communication skills with patients of all ages and backgrounds

Duties:
• Perform eye examinations on patients to determine their vision needs
• Analyze test results to determine the proper corrective lenses or eyewear selection for the patient
• Provide advice on contact lens fitting techniques based on patient’s individual needs
• Monitor patients’ ocular health over time by performing follow-up visits
• Dispense optical products such as eyeglasses or contact lenses
