Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
The Physiotherapist will provide quality care and treatments for our clients, including assessment of physical needs, implementation of treatment plans, education on preventative measures, and evaluation of progress towards goals. They will also be responsible for the development of individualized treatment plans based on the patient’s diagnosis, functional abilities, lifestyle and medical history. Additionally, they will provide advice on safe exercise practices that promote good health and well-being as well as provide support to family members or other caregivers.

Qualifications
The Physiotherapist should possess a Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited University/College; current registration/licensure with the relevant association; excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of computer systems; the ability to work independently; strong organizational skills; the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team; experience working with patients from diverse backgrounds; knowledge of current clinical practice guidelines; interpersonal skills; problem-solving abilities; manual dexterity for therapeutic exercises; good physical stamina for standing during treatments if needed. We are also ready to consider an immigrant who has all the required qualifications for this role.
