Al Shamkhah City is looking for a talented and ambitious Merchandiser to join our growing team. In this role, the Merchandiser will be responsible for planning, implementing, controlling and evaluating the company’s merchandising strategies. The main duties of this position will include researching customer trends and preferences, selecting merchandise for sale in store and online, negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effective prices and quality standards are met, analyzing sales figures to ensure stock levels are maintained at optimum levels, managing display areas and promotional activities in store, and providing feedback on consumer buying habits. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Management or a related field along with experience in the retail industry. Excellent organizational skills are essential for this role as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Attention to detail is also essential along with strong analytical skills. The ability to work under pressure is also important. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position if they have the necessary qualifications and experience.
