Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our business. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1200 and would be considered for immigration.

Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the company's sales objectives, maintaining client relationships and leading a sales team in order to maximize revenue. The position requires the ability to develop sales strategies, present offers, negotiate terms and close deals with potential clients. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, customer needs, competition and pricing strategies in order to ensure that the company remains competitive in the market.

Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager is expected to lead by example and actively work with their team in order to meet or exceed sales objectives. This includes setting goals, analyzing market trends, developing strategies for growth opportunities, analyzing customer needs and competitors pricing/offers, negotiating terms of contracts as well as closing deals with potential clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for tracking performance metrics such as revenue generated by their team as well as customer feedback received. They will also be required to provide coaching and mentoring to the members of their team in order to help them reach their goals.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field. At least 5 years of experience in managing a sales team is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills are a must along with strong negotiation ability, organizational skills and attention to detail. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working independently as well as part of a team environment.
