Job Title: Chef
Location: El-Fujairah
Salary: 900 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our kitchen team in El-Fujairah. In this position you will be responsible for creating delicious meals and managing the smooth running of the kitchen. You should have a passion for cooking great food, a creative approach, and excellent organizational skills. We are also willing to consider someone with no experience – training will be provided.

The successful candidate should have strong culinary knowledge, including knowledge of international cuisines, ingredients, flavors and techniques. You should also have good communication skills, as you will be working in a team environment with other staff members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and developing menus using fresh local ingredients
• Planning and coordinating food preparation for all meals
• Ensuring quality standards are met during food preparation
• Training junior staff members on food preparation techniques
• Supervising kitchen staff performance and providing feedback
• Maintaining records of kitchen supplies and orders

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional setting
• Knowledge of international cuisines and cooking styles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English is preferred
