Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing innovative dishes, as well as driving the overall quality of our culinary offerings. The ideal candidate must have experience working with a variety of cuisines, preferably with international experience.

Responsibilities:

- Create new dishes and menus for the restaurant, ensuring that all meals are prepared to a high standard of quality
- Supervise the kitchen staff in their day-to-day tasks, providing guidance when needed
- Manage ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure freshness and availability
- Monitor food preparation costs to ensure budget targets are met
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen area

Salary: 1400 AED/month (negotiable)
