The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and committed to the job, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. He/she should also be able to take initiative and work independently. The successful candidate must have a valid electrician license, knowledge of electrical codes and principles, experience in working with electricity, basic computer skills, communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work under pressure.
