Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in El-Fujairah. The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month and we are open to considering immigrants for the role.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a cafe/restaurant setting
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, such as espresso, latte and cappuccino
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• A valid UAE resident permit (for immigrants)

Duties:
• Prepare all types of hot and cold drinks according to company recipes, standards, and instructions
• Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, counters, tables, floors etc. in accordance with health regulations
• Actively involve in upselling activities by suggesting additional items or beverages to customers
• Receive payments from customers accurately, process transactions quickly and issue correct change when required
• Monitor inventory levels on products used in the cafe/restaurant
• Follow safety guidelines when handling kitchen equipment such as espresso machines
