We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have experience handling coffee-making equipment and creating delicious beverages. The successful candidate must be friendly, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure. We offer an attractive salary of 1200AED per month for the right person.

The candidate must have relevant experience working as a Barista in a similar environment. They must be able to work quickly, accurately and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times. The ability to work as part of a team is also essential, as is the ability to take initiative when needed. Knowledge of popular coffee drinks and familiarity with coffee-making equipment are desirable qualities for this role.

On a daily basis, the Barista will prepare fresh coffee drinks for customers according to their specifications, maintain cleanliness standards throughout the café area, greet customers in a friendly manner, answer questions about menu items and ingredients, process orders accurately, provide excellent customer service at all times, restock supplies as needed, and follow all health codes set by the local authority. They may also be asked to assist with general cleaning duties or other tasks as directed by management from time to time.
