The ideal candidate has a degree in pharmacy from an accredited university, is passionate about their work, and has excellent communication skills. They should be organized, able to work independently, have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary as on the job training will be provided.
