Required Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a pastry chef preferred but not required
-A passion for the craft of pastry making and baking
-Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Duties:
-Prepare pastries and desserts from scratch according to recipes provided by the head chef
-Decorate desserts per customer requests or as directed by head chef
-Ensure all ingredients are fresh, safe, and stored per health regulations
