Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the overall quality, preparation and presentation of all dishes served in the restaurant. The Executive Chef must have a strong sense of leadership, ensuring that the kitchen operates professionally and efficiently while meeting all health and safety standards.

Requirements for the Candidate:
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen as an Executive Chef or similar role
-Knowledge of international cuisine
-Excellent cooking skills with a wide range of menu items
-Extensive knowledge of food safety practices
-Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
-Strong communication skills with excellent customer service
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
