Project Manager Position in Al Bahah

Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects in a timely manner, within budget and according to customer needs and specifications. You will be responsible for leading the team through all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This includes developing project plans, assigning tasks, tracking progress, reporting regularly on progress, managing risks, troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing feedback on the performance of team members.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Ability to motivate team members while effectively managing time
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project preferred)
