We are looking for an experienced and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. This is a critical position that requires an individual who is skilled in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of databases and data mining techniques, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of all available data sources, including web analytics, customer/partner data, market research data, and transactional data. They will develop reports and insights into the performance of products and services by using advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modelling. They will also help create strategies to optimize customer experience, process efficiency and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze multiple sources of data to identify trends and correlations
• Design and implement accurate reporting models
• Develop predictive models to identify customer behaviour patterns
• Develop strategies for improving customer experience
• Create dashboards for easy access to actionable insights
• Enhance operational efficiency through process optimization
• Monitor trends in customer feedback/satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments on projects related to data analysis
• Present findings through reports or presentations to senior stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Expertise in SQL queries & database programming languages like Python or R are essential • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics) is beneficial but not essential • Ability to interpret complex datasets into meaningful insights • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal

Salary: 1000 per month (negotiable depending on experience) We are open to considering immigration candidates for this role.
