Job Title: Librarian

We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping patrons find books and other materials, cataloging books, organizing materials, helping patrons use the library’s resources, and providing customer service. In addition, the Librarian will maintain the library’s computer system and databases, as well as assist with ordering new materials.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field.
• Experience working in a library is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and use computer systems effectively.
• Knowledge of cataloging systems and library databases is preferred but not required.
