HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration and performance management. This person will also ensure that the organization is compliant with all employment regulations and laws.

Other responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards
- Administering payroll and benefits, including salary negotiations
- Developing and managing employee onboarding, training programs, orientation materials, and termination processes
- Ensuring that all records are kept up-to-date according to legal requirements
- Maintaining strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role or as an HR Generalist/Manager
- Knowledge of UAE labor law is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English

Salary: 1500 AED per month (open to negotiation). We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
