HR Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and qualified HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have 1 year of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 with the possibility of foreign applicants.

In this role, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies related to human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development and implementation. You will oversee the recruitment process from beginning to end and ensure that the recruiting process is compliant with all relevant laws. You will provide support to managers on employee performance issues and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will ensure that company policies are being followed by all staff members.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and be an excellent communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently is also a must.
