Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED per month

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources management
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Duties of the Position:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes to support company objectives.
• Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding staff.
• Ensuring compliance with all labor laws & regulations.
• Conducting performance appraisals & managing disciplinary processes.
• Handling employee relations activities such as resolving grievances & disputes.
• Managing payroll & benefit administration activities.
• Maintaining HR records & providing administrative support when necessary.
