Restaurant Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all customer service standards are met and exceeded, and that the restaurant operates within budget.

Job Description:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff schedules, training, customer service, and maintenance of standards
• Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee ordering of food and beverages to ensure quality and freshness
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase sales
• Manage customer complaints in a professional manner
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management review

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to handle complaints diplomatically and effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards
