Job Summary:
We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think on their feet. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing the safety of the premises, personnel, and customers. You will perform security checks, coordinate with external security vendors and liaise with local law enforcement when necessary. We offer an attractive salary of 1700 AED and are ready to consider applications from foreign nationals.

Job Responsibilities:
Your main duties will include but not be limited to overseeing the security team, monitoring security cameras, patrolling assigned areas, responding to alarm alerts, conducting investigations into suspicious activity, assessing potential threats and identifying necessary corrective measures. You will also investigate any incidents or accidents that occur on-site and provide reports in accordance with organizational procedures. In addition, you will maintain records of all security incidents as well as work closely with other departments to ensure the safety of our staff and customers alike.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Security or any relevant field. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential as we are prepared to consider applications from those without prior experience. The successful applicant should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as well as being able to remain calm under pressure. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving skills coupled with an ability to make decisions quickly when necessary. Computer proficiency is also required for this position so proficiency in Microsoft Office programs would be beneficial too.
